Forwarding Address Form

Students currently living in the Residence Halls:

  • If you will be living off campus for the summer and/or not returning to OC.  You will need to complete this form at https://apps.oc.edu/mailroom/changeaddress

  • If you are moving to the campus apartments for the summer.  No changes are required at this time.  Your box number will not change and mail can be picked up from the University Mail Center.

Students currently living in the University Apartments and Tealridge:

  • If you will be living in the same apartment for the summer no change is required at this time.

  • If you will be living off campus for the summer and/or not returning to OC.  You will need to complete two (2) forms.  

    1.  complete change of address request with the US Postal Service for your apartment address.  Please visit www.usps.com/move.  

    2.  complete this form at https://apps.oc.edu/mailroom/changeaddress to help ensure that any mail that is sent to the University Mail Center directly can also be forwarded to your new address.

  • If you will be moving to another University apartment you will need to complete change of address request with the US Postal Service for your apartment address.  The form is at  www.usps.com/move.  

    • NOTE:  Please have your mail forwarded permanently to 2501 E. Memorial Rd., Edmond OK 73013.  You will be notified by email when any mail, including packages are received by the University Mail Center.
