Fitness Plan

Fitness Coaching is perfect for those who are motivated enough to get to the gym, but want help knowing what to do once here. What you get: 1-on-1 time with a trainer to help with goal setting, program implementation, and regimenting. You will receive an easy-to-follow workout plan and have at least 2 check-ins with the trainer to see how you feel the workout plan is going. Fitness coaching is also great for someone unsure if personal training is the right choice for them.
