Co-Director - Dudley Chancey
Dr. Dudley Chancey is a co-director of the Intergenerational Faith Center and one of its principal investigators. He is interested in researching adolescent spiritual formation, parenting adolescents, and adolescent culture. He is involved in several professional organizations, including the National Council on Family Relations, Groves Conference on Marriage and Family, Youth Ministry Educators, and the National Conference on Youth Ministries. He is also a sponsor of the student social service club Pi Zeta Phi. His favorite memories at Oklahoma Christian University are seeing students "get out and get jobs, and make a difference in the world." Dudley mades a difference in the world as well; not only does he love to teach, but he is dedicated to Honduras family mission trips and OC's new Latin American study abroad program. He and his wife Vicki have two children, Drew and Matt. He worships with the Memorial Road Church of Christ.
Co-Director - Ron Bruner
Dr. Ron Bruner is co-director of the Intergenerational Faith Center and one of its principal investigators. He also serves as the executive director of Westview Boys' Home in Hollis, Oklahoma. Formerly a youth and family minister, he has presented and published scholarly work on the theology of children, intergenerational ministry, and spiritual formation. Ron is a board member of the Christian Child and Family Services Association, and a member of the American Association of Children's Residential Centers and OKCare. He has also served on the boards of a number of nonprofit organizations serving children and families. He and his wife Ann have three adult children, Ben, Lauren, and Bailey. Ron worships with the Childress Church of Christ.
