OC men's tennis team wins national championship

The Oklahoma Christian University men's tennis team rallied past Fresno Pacific (Calif.) 5-4 Saturday to claim the second national championship in the program's history.

The Eagles, coached by Kris Miller, also won the NAIA title in 2003.

It's the fifth team championship in OC history. Oklahoma Christian won in men's golf in 2009 and 2011 and in men's cross country in 2011.

With the men's golf team gearing up to defend its national title in next week's NAIA tournament, Oklahoma Christian currently has three reigning national champions (golf, cross country, tennis).
