This application may be submitted online. Each applicant must also complete the following requirements:

1. Complete official transcript of high school record.

2. A personal letter explaining your reasons for applying for this scholarship, a brief explanation of your future educational plans, and what work you wish to follow after you graduate.

3. Three letters of recommendation: one from an elder or preacher of your local congregation; one from a school counselor or teacher; and one from a person of the applicant's choice.

4. A picture of yourself taken within the year. (May be a snapshot close-up.)
