Assessment Instruments for Student Teaching (online assessments)

INSTRUCTIONS TO EVALUATE A LESSON:

1. Open Formative Assessment.

2.  Open the corresponding second assessment instrument if applicable (see below)*.

* note: certain majors’ lessons require an assessment in addition to the Formative Assessment.  These assessments do not need to be printed or saved for the O.C. student.

Elementary majors’ lessons are evaluated with the O.C. Formative Assessment and the Elementary Education Formative Attachment.

Social Studies majors' lessons are evaluated with the O.C. Formative Assessment and the Social Studies Formative Attachment.

English majors' lessons are evaluated with the O.C. Formative Assessment and the English Formative Attachment.

Math majors' lessons are evaluated with the O.C. Formative Assessment and the Math Formative Attachment.

Science majors' lessons are evaluated with the O.C. Formative Assessment and the Science Formative Attachment.

REGARDING THE SUMMATIVE ASSESSMENT(s)

At the conclusion of the O.C. student’s time in your classroom, you will access the O.C. Summative Assessment and complete it.

Social Studies majors' are evaluated with the O.C. Summative Assessment and the Social Studies Summative Attachment.

Early Childhood majors' are evaluated with the O.C. Summative Assessment and the Early Childhood Summative Attachment.

English majors' are evaluated with the O.C. Summative Assessment and the English Summative Attachment.

Math majors' are evaluated with the O.C. Summative Assessment and the Math Summative Attachment.

Science majors' are evaluated with the O.C. Summative Assessment and the Science Summative Attachment.

Music majors' are evaluated with the O.C. Summative Assessment and the Music Summative Attachment.
