Contest Rules


Registration Deadline: Friday, December 14, 2018. Be aware of contest rules before submitting registration. All students from each team must complete the contest permissions forms before being considered for competition. All team member acceptance is pending official approval.  Please contact Dr. Wayne Whaley at or call 405.425.5424 with any questions or concerns.

Lab Reports Due: Friday, February 1, 2019 at 5:00 pm.  Email submissions are encouraged.

Testing a Wind Turbine Design. 


Optional Rotor Pretest: Friday, February 8, 2019 by 5:00 pm.  Rotor pretesting is strongly encouraged. This will allow teams to ensure their turbine is eligible for competition before the competition date.
