FORMATIVE ASSESSMENTS (for each lesson taught):

Student's lessons are assessed with the O.C. Practicum Formative AND
the Elementary Education Practicum Formative Attachment. 

SUMMATIVE ASSESSMENTS (to be completed at the end of the practicum experience):

Elementary majors are assessed with the O.C. Practicum Summative Assessment
