TeamOC Yoga Class

November 13, 2012, 8:00 PM - 9:00 PM - Add to Calendar

This particular form of yoga is called Vinyasa flow. Tuesday's class will be more active than what most students have probably experienced. They will get hot, they will sweat - and that's the point! It is a challenging class that will strengthen the body and calm the mind through core exercises, backbends and muscle-building postures. Thursday mornings class will be a calmer, more relaxing class and would be beneficial to anyone willing to try. What a great way to start your day! What to bring A. A yoga mat (there will be a few available, but we may run out, so please bring your own if you have one) B. A hand towel C. Plenty of water What to wear Comfortable, breathable clothing. **fitted clothing is best, if possible. Students will be moving around and need to be aware of coverage issues with baggier clothing. Also, please keep the OC dress code in mind when choosing what to wear.
