Cleveland Browns starting quarterback Brandon Weeden spoke at Oklahoma Christian University's Athletic Hall of Fame Dinner on February 8. Almost 600 people attended the dinner, capping a day that also saw Weeden speak to 1,000 OC students in Chapel.
